Post from the road..
..using the LJHiptop script I wrote.

Sometimes it's embarrassing to have a yuppie car. I've endured much teasing about the windshield wipers on the headlights. But I'm very glad for the item pictured in the first photo below, when I come out to the car in the morning to see the second!

I guess this is like Air Conditioning for people in the south. People in the north don't often have it and people in the south are horrified that they don't, since they can't imagine doing without it.

I can't imagine needing heated seats. :)

Are you joking?
I couldn't survive a summer with the regular 35C+ w/ 75-100% humidity days here without it. How north are we talking, exactly? Winnepeg?

Re:
Well, my sister in Chicago didn't have A/C. I had a couple friends in New York who didn't, and someone in northern California who didn't either. Maybe I just know crazy people. :)

Re:
I live in St. Louis ... I think I'd die without A/C in my car in the summer!

Re:
My car has no A/C. I survive in Connecticut int he summer by rolling down the window.

Even so, people go "You care doesn't have AC?" up north as well. It's *ridiculously* prevalent in all but bottom-end-model cars.
