Brew #2 is in primary fermentation right now, belching away merrily. Brew #1 is still lightly bubbling in secondary. For those who were hoping to sample it at MFF, I'll probably have bottles, but it won't really be properly drinkable, due to the nature of the brew. It really is gonna need a month or two to set properly. So you'll get beer to go! Ironically, Brew #2 may quite possibly be drinkable at that point. (In the interest of disclosure, #1 is a Strong Scotch Ale, and #2 is a Dunkelweizen).
Anyways, I've decided that if I'm ever going to brew on halloween again, I'm at least going to do it out on the front porch, using a propane burner, wearing a witch's hat.
"Eeeeheeehee! Now for a little Hops, and Eye of Newt!"
